New Zealander receives $8,500 compensation after disappointment with business class flight Mirror.

According to Mark Morgan, he spent $13,000 on two business class tickets. The man said he wanted a comfortable flight to London, especially because he was attracted by the advertisement for the large recliner, which is ideal for a long flight.

But getting on the plane, Mark was unpleasantly surprised. Business class had “worn seats” instead of comfortable seats, and the infotainment system was faulty. After landing, Morgan filed a lawsuit providing chair photos in reality and in advertising.

The court sided with the applicant, forcing the airline to pay him $8,500 in damages.
