New Zealander receives $8,500 compensation after disappointment with business class flight Mirror.
According to Mark Morgan, he spent $13,000 on two business class tickets. The man said he wanted a comfortable flight to London, especially because he was attracted by the advertisement for the large recliner, which is ideal for a long flight.
