Swedish researchers state that in the 2018-2022 period, US arms exports increased by 14% compared to the 2013-2017 period, and the total share of the US in the arms market is 40%. At the same time, Russia has significantly reduced the supply of weapons abroad – 31% last year, and now the share of the Russian Federation in the arms market is not 22%, but 16%.
