“We are talking about less than ten people so far on the Ukrainian side, and the same number on the Russian side,” the minister said.
He emphasized that these people who fought on the Russian side will be punished when they return to Estonia, “because there is a penalty for fighting on the side of the aggressor in Estonia.”
