The Home Office writes that they have found a murderer who committed a brutal crime 27 years ago and has been hiding all this time. MVD environment.

The murder of a young man took place in the Makarovsky district of the Sakhalin region. A local resident and his 18-year-old son came to the river camp for their KamAZ, but were refused. A conflict broke out.

Fingerprints recently matched those in Novosibirsk. Sakhalin officials went to the scene and detained the suspect.

Apparently, the criminal in 1997 bought the passport of a person who looks like him. He committed a crime especially in the field of banditry and was convicted under a false name. He was issued an evacuation certificate in 2001.
According to him, the 61-year-old criminal got a passport and lived under someone else’s identity until 2023. He paid taxes for several years, using only cash.

The suspect has now been arrested. He is charged with attempted murder.

Valery Andreev, who previously lived in the Orenburg region from 2006 to 2012, reportedly raped and killed eight girls and women in the city of Orsk and its environs. It turned out that the killer was an exemplary family man, father of two, and a truck driver who broke traffic rules only three times in his 30 years of working life. When investigators went after the maniac, they had to let him go due to lack of evidence. Andreev is lost, his quest to continue for ten years.
