More than half of Russian women prefer to receive a gift that will surprise them on March 8th. This was demonstrated by a survey conducted by the research and consulting company IFORS RESEARCH, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
Thus, it turned out that 57% of the Russian women surveyed wanted the gift they received to be a surprise.
However, with age, women become more pragmatic and increasingly want to receive pre-agreed gifts (for example, in the age group under 35, 69% of respondents love surprises, and among Russian women over 51 – 52%).
At the same time, one in five girls prefers to hint at what they want to receive as a gift, a little more – 21% of respondents – say this directly.
Of those acting as donors (both male and female), 38% prefer surprise (there is also a link with age: the older the participant, the less they prefer this option), 35% secretly trying to find out what the person needs and 25% of them directly ask about it.
