In the near future, the investigation may close the case against the former deputy head of the National Guard, Sergei Mileiko, for taking a bribe of 10 million rubles. It has been reported “Kommersant”.
According to publication sources, the corresponding decision was made by employees of the Main Military Investigation Agency (GVSU) of the TFR.
In December last year, State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein knowledgeableCriminal case against Sergei Mileiko, deputy director of the Russian Guard, for fraud in the purchase of clothing items (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The parliamentarian pointed out that the case against Mileiko is not the first.
Khinshtein stated that in 2017 Mileikin and his accomplices transferred all contracts for the supply of clothing to SpetsShveySnab. The company was unable to meet even 1% of the required volume. Despite this, product prices were inflated and the products themselves did not meet the required quality.
According to this scheme, for 2.5 years Mileikin and his accomplices managed to conclude 134 contracts worth more than 3.6 billion rubles.
