The incident occurred in downtown Ochera on February 28. A local resident, Yulia, followed her daughter to kindergarten, and on her way to kindergarten, a pack of stray dogs attacked her.
One of them grabbed the arm and hung it on the woman’s arm, but the woman managed to escape. The victim screamed and this may have frightened the dogs.
After that, the woman was able to go to kindergarten and pick up her daughter. As a result, they took a taxi home.
“The wound is not strong, hematoma. And fear, but it could be a child or an old person in my place,” the victim shared her fears.
After the incident, he filed a complaint with law enforcement. According to the woman, she wasn’t the only one in town to be attacked by a pack of dogs. He said stray dogs roam all over the city and live in its centre.
Now the victim hopes that law enforcement and the county government can resolve the issue with local stray animals.
