For the full launch of the Big Circle Line (BCL), the world’s longest metro line, on March 1, MTS has installed an art object together with the Moscow Metro, MTS press service reported.
To demonstrate the high data transfer rate in the MTS mobile network, an installation in the form of a magnificent 4×2.5 meter flying carpet on a curved LED screen was installed at the new Rizhskaya BKL station. It reaches 250 Mbit/s in all stations, transfers and flights of the metropolitan metro, where passengers spend an average of 1.5 hours a day.
The Moscow Metro is constantly introducing technological innovations such as payment for travel by debit card or facial recognition, support via Alexander’s chatbot, and more, to make passenger journeys more comfortable. The new art object will help you find out which entertainment services from MTS will help you advantageously spend your time on the road.
The visual content of the digital installation combines stylized images of the entertainment services of the MTS ecosystem: KION online cinema, Stroky book service and MTS Music music service. The images were created using neural network technologies and generative graphics.
You can view the art object at BKL’s Rizhskaya station until 13 March 2023.
The multimedia screens in the subway carriages in BKL also show video to support Internet speed. Contains promo codes for free access to the Lines service and the KION online cinema.
