Other activities
The group’s remaining operations contributed negatively to the income statement, deducting €200 million from pre-tax profits. 1,000 million for Energy and 87 million for Infrastructures.
This segment includes Real Estate, which increased its revenue by 30% after delivering 617 homes, 39.3% more; Bestinver, which reduced its turnover by 21% during the year due to the negative course of fixed income and variable income markets; Services, with an increase of 9.4% in its activity; and Silence, which increased the number of vehicles sold by 43% to 12,826 in 2022.
