It was reported in the media that a homeless person who lost his leg asked the police to place him in the department, but the police refused. According to the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they offered the homeless man to send him to a shelter, but he was categorically against it. Thereupon, the law enforcement officers called an ambulance, but the doctors could not find the reason for being taken to the hospital.
