TRAMP has the capacity to transfer 250 kg of cargo to a distance of over 600 km.
“TrAMP developers have started testing the drone on the ground – the systems and mechanisms for controlling the drone are being checked and debugged,” the news agency’s source said.
The first flight of the drone is expected in April. For civilian purposes, the drone can be used to monitor large areas and in agriculture.
TRAMP’s features include a reinforced chassis with large-diameter pneumatics for take-off and landing on poorly prepared sites.
