According to him, the option of damaging the skin from the outside, that is, by a meteorite or space debris, is being considered.
Borisov said that it was decided to postpone the launch of the Soyuz MS-23 spacecraft in unmanned mode to March 2023, before the causes of emergencies on the ISS were determined. Borisov stressed that nothing threatens the crew of the station.
