An unidentified flying object was spotted off the coast of eastern China’s Shandong province on Sunday, and China’s “relevant agencies” may have hit it. newspaper reports Global Times.
The publication states that the Jimo City Maritime Development Bureau, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China has sent a notice stating that “an unidentified flying object has been found in the waters of the Rizhao City District.”
In the message received by the fishing boats, it was emphasized that an unidentified flying object was “preparing to strike”. In this regard, local fishermen were asked to “follow the safety rules”. The announcement also included a request to take pictures of the objects in case they fall near the fishing boat.
There is currently no official information about what kind of flying object they are talking about and whether it was shot down.
