At the Free University of Berlin, students were told not to call the police if they were sexually assaulted by immigrants. These release reports freewestmedia.com.
Free University’s student council claims that they introduced this rule to avoid potential clashes with the police. It is recommended that anyone who encounters immigrant violence first contact the university security service.
It was reported that the introduction of a new order was forced. In the past few weeks, a man has been seen acting aggressively and obsessively towards girls on the college campus, but so far there has been no report of direct violence from this man. It is also alleged that at least one person has been chasing him for a while.
Complaints continue to be received about women being harassed by a person not affiliated with the university. He was banned from entering the campus and steps were taken by the security service to enforce this ban, according to the statement.
The university also says accusations of alleged racism that those who complain to the police will receive in response are not the only reason for refraining from filing a complaint. Often times, law enforcement officers are indifferent to the resolution of psychological conflicts, which can lead to unnecessary police violence. They tend to doubt the guilt of the accused criminal and the innocence of the potential victim.
Social psychiatry services were offered to the students as an alternative addressee of the complaints.
