An 80-year-old woman died in the fire this morning, and her 59-year-old daughter was seriously injured. In a house located in the town of Limés in Cangas del Narcea. Two women lived alone at home.

The deceased was in a room on the first floor of the building and could not get out. Firefighters got in through a window with the help of a hooked ladder and evacuated it after locating it.
