In Serov in the Sverdlovsk region, 46-year-old Wagner PMC fighter Sergei Molodtsov, who died during the Russian Federation’s special military operation in Ukraine, was buried. It has been reported E1.ru in relation to the city district administration.

The coffin of the deceased soldier was carried by the soldiers. At the farewell ceremony, the veterans spoke words of gratitude to Molodtsov. According to them, the deceased showed courage and heroism.

It is recorded that Molodtsov, while serving in a colony, joined a special military division and went to the war zone. The man was found guilty of murdering his elderly mother, which he committed while intoxicated. The retiree reportedly dealt at least six blows to the head, torso and limbs with his hands and feet. The son denied his guilt at the trial, arguing that the woman herself fell by mistake.

The head of the region, Vasily Sizkov, confirmed in an interview with E1 that Molodtsov was imprisoned in a colony for killing his mother.

“He was serving a prison sentence for a serious crime,” he explained.

In 2017, Wagnerian was sentenced to 11.5 years in prison.
