A South Korean citizen seeking political asylum in the Russian Federation was accused of raping an official from the Government of Yakutia who reportedly went to the NVO region in Ukraine voluntarily. It has been reported telegraph channel shot.

Later, the official told his Telegram channel that he was only trying to help Koreans. Mikhailov described Kwon as “an adventurer who sees himself as Snowden from Korea” and said he wanted to sue him for “terrible slander”.
