Criminal proceedings have been opened against two teenagers in Ukhta who distributed private photos of their girlfriends. informs Press service of SU SK in the Komi Republic.
According to preliminary data, 16- and 17-year-old schoolgirls living in Ukhta sent photos of intimate content of their underage girlfriend to their friends on social networks. The victim did not consent to this.
During interrogation, the girls fully admitted their guilt. A criminal case was opened against them in accordance with part 1 of article 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal dissemination of information about his private life, which constitutes a person’s personal secret, without his consent).
