Many schools evacuated in France due to electronic threats

In France, several schools were evacuated after the threat of a terrorist attack on January 2 and 3 using explosive devices from compromised accounts. The newspaper writes about it Le Monde With reference to AFP.

The threats came from hacked digital workspaces on the ENT portal, which serves to connect parents, teachers and students, as well as exchange and share information about the life of school institutions.

The source said that the owner of one of the accounts from which the threats were received has been detained. He was later released after his account was hacked.

According to the publication, the evacuations took place in schools in the commune of La Madeleine in the north of the country and the city of Lille in Riyet-la-Pape.

Previously 127 people in the USA got off the plane after one of the passengers caught fire in the onboard charger and triggered the fire alarm. There was also an open flame.
