Former US Marine, 54-year-old Australian citizen Daniel Edmund Duggan received $100,000 for training Chinese pilots to land on an aircraft carrier. This is stated in the indictment. Guard.

It was previously known that Duggan. presented Four charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States by conspiring to illegally export defense services to China, conspiracy to launder money, and two violations of arms export control laws and international arms trade regulations.

In December 2022, the Australian government approved a request for Duggan to be extradited to the United States to face charges.
