Putin: West should know that Ukraine is bombing residential areas in Donbass

Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting of the Council for the Advancement of Civil Society and Human Rights that the West and international human rights organizations could not be unaware of the bombing of settlements in Donbas by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to the decree, Igor Kalyapin, Nikolai Svanidze, Alexander Asmolov, Ekaterina Vinokurova and Ivan Zasursky were expelled from the HRC.
