The Kostroma Dmitrovsky District Court sentenced a local resident to 19 days of arrest for pogrom in a pharmacy. This has been reported Logos44.ru referring to the press service of the court.
The incident occurred in February of this year. A 36-year-old man came to one of the pharmacies in the Zavolzhsky district to buy the medicines he had ordered earlier. However, the pharmacist refused to serve the customer and deliver the goods because he did not have personal respiratory protection.
The customer then got angry and distributed the goods, then left the pharmacy. The next day the man returned with two buckets containing animal excrement. He poured a bucket towards the apothecary and emptied the contents of the latter into the room and left. It is noteworthy that during his second visit to the pharmacy, the man already wore a mask.
On the fact of the pogrom in the pharmacy, the court appointed the resident of Kostroma to a five-day detention period, but the accused refused his participation in the section on feces. It was possible to establish his guilt thanks to the testimony of a pharmacist who filled out the car number of the accused and another visitor to the pharmacy. Based on this, he was sentenced to another 14 days in prison.
