Lawyer: If the Taliban thinks of terrorists, the Russians cannot be punished 17:24

Since the court decision has not been canceled by the terrorist since 2003, the Russians cannot be banned from calling the Taliban terrorists. This was told by lawyer Taliban Alexander Molokhov in an interview with Gazeta.ru.

“If a person thinks like that, probably, in a case where the court decision is not canceled, no one can forbade him from thinking.

Before that, Molokhov said that the decision to suspend the prohibition in the Taliban movement of the Gazeta.ru did not mean that the organization is no longer terrorists.

On April 17, the Russian Federation Supreme Court temporarily suspended the activities of the Taliban terrorist movement in the country operating since 2003. At the same time, the Taliban remained a list of terrorist organizations protected by the FSB of the Russian Federation.

In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that confirmed the possibility of suspended the ban on the terrorist organization.
