Borrell: “NATO is not dead, but it can go to hibernation”

Josep Borrell, ex alto representante de la UE para Asuntos Exteriores y Política de Seguridad, ha afirmado este miércoles en La Granja de San Ildefonso (Segovia) que la OTAN “no está muerta pero podría entrar en hibernación” debido a la falta de compromiso por parte de Estados Unidos.
