Astronauts will complete filming of ‘Challenge’ in the fall

Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky shared at the last Army-2022 forum that the location shooting of the movie “Challenge” will be completed for the cosmonauts in September. writes about him TASS.

“We shot in June-July and will finish in September. It’s about us, the astronauts,” Novitsky said, adding that professional actors don’t know how long filming will take.

Space drama under the working title “Challenge” is a joint project of Roscosmos, Channel One and Yellow, Black and White studios.

On October 5, 2021, actress Yulia Peresild and director Klim Shipenko went to the ISS for the first time shooting in orbit aboard the Soyuz MS-19 spacecraft. They were accompanied by cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov.

Formerly Channel One showed First shots of “Challenge” with Peresild.

Shipenko and Peresild after being sent into space said about docking with the ISS in conditions of equipment failure.
