Therefore, almost half (45%) of the participants eat sandwich at least several times a week. This snack is included in the daily diet of every fifth Russian (22%) and the third (26%) eats several times a month. Only 2% of the respondents admitted that they usually exclude sandwiches from their diet.
Among the Russians, the most popular type of sausage for sandwiches has been boiled (“doctorate”, “milk”, “amateur”). It is preferred by 62% of all participants. Secondly, boiled -storey sausage (“Servelat”, “Moskovskaya”, “Royal”, etc.). This option is selected by all three Russians (36%). This is followed by raw -coated sausage (pereutwo, server, etc.) and semi -flashy sausages (Krakowskaya, Kremlin). 26% and 25% of the participants were recorded.
More than one -third of the participants (32%) confirmed the constant fall of the sandwich with oil. According to them, oil is at the bottom of almost every sandwich fall. 15% of the Russians rejected the idea: they claim that the sandwich rarely fell with oil. As a part of the study, the Russians also said whether the sandwich was considered a harmful snack. Only 9% of the respondents contain sandwiches for unhealthy foods. More than half (57%) of the respondents said that the appetizer can benefit from the choice of the right materials. 22% of the Russians believe that damage or benefits depend on a certain sandwich and eating time.
The main alternative to sausage in sandwich is cheese. 87% of the participants are eaten with bread. Secondly, vegetables and greens (41%), then chicken or turkey fillet (37%) and fish (34%). Eggs (29%), Humus and Forhmac (22%) and walnut pasta (18%) entered the top of the materials to replace sausages. Only 16% of the participants prefer red or black caviar sausage.
Analysts also learned the most unusual favorite recipes for Russian sandwiches. Participants, plum, peach and peanuts with a snack, Korean carrot sandwiches and a pashot egg with cottage cheese and prunes said they love. Other unusual combinations include caviar and chocolate, sour cream and intensified milk and dandelion leaves and sandwiches.
One quarter of the participants (23%) said that content platforms are looking for sandblasting recipes for authors. For unusual combinations of materials, a 20% turn recipes and 18% of the Russians discuss the recipes with friends and relatives. 10% of the participants stated that they were looking for a formula for the perfect sandwich in Kitchen magazines.
