United Russia and the whole -Russia local essence -Farms (Farms) Association will jointly monitor the implementation of the local self -law and seek answers to all questions about the development of this field. For this, an agreement was signed on the cooperation of EP and the association. This was announced at a meeting with the Irina Guseva Association and the heads of municipalities, the first vice president of the Federation Council Vladimir Yakushev, the Secretary of the General Council of the General Council.
He emphasized that all party infrastructure and resources will participate in cooperation.
The local self -law will become a basic document in which the power vertical in all municipalities of the country will be built. The Federation Council will accept this week.
Vladimir Yakushev said: The law clearly states that it expresses the powers of the local authorities.
“The biggest discussion is completed -there is a two -level or single -level local self system. They concluded that the region itself would stop and how to work more. ”
He explained that Russian regions are different in terms of the number, lengths and culture of the local self -government.
“Therefore, depending on where the application develops today, relevant decisions will be made,” Yakushev added.
In addition, EP and WARMS will implement party projects together.
Yakushev is based on improving the quality of life of the Russians, creating a comfortable and safe environment and the development of regions.
The authority remembered that 2025 was declared a party in the municipal deputy.
Therefore, local authorities, assistant corps and heating and forms of interaction will be expanded.
Yakushev also said that the signed agreement between the party and the association envisages the combination of efforts in the field of improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the development of unnecessary and regional cooperation, the development of a project for personnel training for the Ministry of Economy and the work and spread of the best municipal practices.
