A state of emergency was declared in the city of Kotovsk in the Tambov region after Ukrainian drones crashed into two apartment buildings at night. This was reported by TASS referring to the press service of the regional government.
“A state of emergency has currently been declared within the city limits and an operational headquarters is operating,” the message reads.
