The incident took place in a hotel on Leninsky Prospekt. According to the source, an unidentified person entered the guest’s room, doused the room’s furniture, walls and door with a flammable liquid and set it on fire.
The fire was extinguished in a short time with the fire extinguishing system. Later, bottles with unknown contents were found in the room.
“According to eyewitnesses, there is still a strong smell of gasoline on the ground,” the publication said.
