The Investigative Committee of the Altai Territory is investigating a video that appeared on social networks in which a girl was taken to a highway by a stream of water in Barnaul. This has been reported TASS with reference to the regional office.

“The investigating authorities are conducting a preliminary check on this issue. All the circumstances of the event are illuminated. A procedural decision will be made to the agency based on the results of the audit,” the department said.

The car managed to pass before the underage child hit the road. It was noted that the child was rescued by three young people in the parking lot, where he was transported by water.
