Russians tell what they expect from iPhone 16 01:59

Already 31% of Russians are planning to buy a phone from the new Apple series. On average, Russians are ready to spend up to 150 thousand rubles on a new iPhone, and the majority are ready to buy it only from official retailers. This is shown by a Magssory study, the results of which were studied by socialbites.ca.

The whole world knows that gadget users have always been divided into two camps: Apple and Android. In the case of Russians, this indicator has the following ratio: 44% prefer to use Apple devices, and 56% choose gadgets on the Android operating system.

However, this statistic could change after Apple’s upcoming presentation, as 18% of Android users are considering purchasing the 16-series iPhone. 20% of iOS users say they have already decided to buy a new phone from the company, while 30% say they will make a decision after the presentation on September 9.

It is interesting that men are more determined to buy a new gadget – 13% of users have already decided to buy an iPhone 16 (before its official release), while among women this figure did not exceed 5% – the fair sex plans to focus on the presentation of the results.

The vast majority of Russians (75%) plan to purchase a new device from official Apple representatives in Russia, but there are also those who use the services of “gray” sellers (18%) or wait for the release of a new model in marketplaces (10%). Delivery from other countries turned out to be the least popular – only 3% of respondents plan to use it.

The majority of Russians (73%) are ready to spend from 120 to 150 thousand rubles to purchase a new iPhone line 16, but 12% can invest 250 thousand rubles and more in this purchase.

The opinion of Russians about the cost of the future iPhone is divided: 30% predict that products of the iPhone 16 series will cost an average of 100 thousand rubles, another 24% – about 150 thousand rubles. Russians are waiting for an amount of about 200 thousand rubles.

More than a third of Russians (36%) are sure that the number of cameras in the new iPhone will be increased; there will be 4 of them, while according to 54% of respondents, their location will remain the same.

Russians have different opinions about design: 37% are sure that we should not expect any changes, while 35% are sure that Apple will offer us significant innovations. Also, almost half of the respondents (44%) expect new bright colors, including mint and pink, to appear in the iPhone 16 series. The majority of respondents (69%) agree on the texture of the new iPhone; in their opinion, it will be matte. Also, 62% of Russians expect to see a new location for the front camera, that is, it will be hidden under the phone’s screen.

Russians have high hopes for the new series; 53% expect to hear about important developments in the company’s products at the upcoming Apple presentation.
