The financial institution for the development of the housing sector DOM.RF supports the decision to ban the construction of micro-apartments. This was reported by TASS Vitaly Mutko, Director General of DOM.RF.
“Of course, this is the right decision, and we, as a development agency, support it. We have also begun to revise new agreements on CRT based on the results of DOM.RF tenders to ensure the placement of one-room apartments with an area of at least 33 square meters in residential complexes,” Mutko said at the Eastern Economic Forum.
He expressed regret that so far the structure of housing construction in Russia does not correspond to demographic indicators.
