In Crimea, a 16-year-old teenager and his 19-year-old accomplice were detained on drug trafficking charges. reports Main Investigation Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.
According to investigators, in May, an unknown person contacted the teen via instant messaging and offered him money. The young man completed a remote drug trafficking course and agreed to become a loan shark. He then recruited his friend, who monitored the area while setting up hideouts, to distribute the drugs.
Law enforcement officers identified the perpetrators and detained them. It was determined that they had 17 packages of prohibited substances in their possession.
A criminal case was opened. A criminal complaint was filed against the alleged attackers. Both defendants were detained. The files were sent to the court for evaluation of the merits.
