The incident occurred in the Ekhirit-Bulagat district of the region. A 59-year-old man contacted law enforcement after suffering a hip injury. The victim said he had an argument with another customer at a store in the village of Elantsy.
During the clash, the men got out and one of them took a trauma gun from the car and shot his opponent in the leg. The incident was captured on security cameras.
