From today, instead of life safety classes in middle and high schools, classes on the basics of the security and defense of the Motherland will be held. In addition, compulsory study classes have been introduced for primary and secondary classes.
“Labor training is an integral part of the educational process. If a child is instilled in hard work from childhood, this will be a good foundation for development and the key to his future success,” the State Duma speaker noted.
From September 1, it will be mandatory to fly the Russian flag in all educational institutions.
From autumn, people with group I disabilities who use public transport without an escort and who cannot afford a social card or travel expenses will not be denied disembarkation. Violations are subject to a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles.
In addition, from autumn onwards, protection of the rights of people with disabilities will be strengthened: employers with more than 35 employees must employ 2 to 4 percent of employees with disabilities and create individual working conditions for them.
From the beginning of September, the requirements for founders of management companies will become stricter: they must not have any undisclosed convictions for certain crimes, including economic crimes, and must not be on the register of disqualified persons.
Employers will also be required to calculate overtime compensation based on current wages, including bonuses and other benefits.
Passenger taxi carriers will be required to have legal liability insurance for damage to the life and health of passengers. Insurance information must be placed on the inside of each car from the passenger taxi logbook.
Since autumn, state and municipal information systems have become obliged to use the services of hosting providers whose servers are located only in Russia.
