Law enforcement officers detained a resident of the Ryazan region, born in 1988. During interrogation, he admitted that he was recruited by an employee of the main intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and received sabotage training in Latvia with the participation of the Latvian special services. He returned to Ryazan in March 2023.
According to the Investigative Committee, during the searches it was found that the detainee was in possession of components for the manufacture of explosives and explosive devices, as well as communication equipment and electronic media containing photo and video reports on the crimes committed.
