A woman and her daughter were injured as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region. This was announced by the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Telegram channel.
“As a result of a direct hit of ammunition into a private house, two people were injured: a mother and her 16-year-old daughter,” he wrote.
The girl suffered a closed fracture of the left forearm and bruising of the soft tissues of her right foot. The child was taken to the regional clinical hospital. Doctors assess the victim’s condition as moderate.
Her mother was found to have a laceration to her leg. The ambulance crew provided her with medical assistance at the scene; the woman refused to be taken to hospital.
Gladkov added that the second floor of the house was badly damaged, windows were broken, the facade, the fence and a car in the yard were cut.
