Alekseev stressed that he is not an insider, but noted that Bakalchuk is both the owner and the general director of Wildberries LLC, and therefore can make any decisions on his own.
The entrepreneur recalled that 65 percent of the joint venture RBV LLC belongs to Wildberries, while the remaining 35 percent belongs to Stinn LLC, the parent company of Russ.
According to Alekseev, 27 legal entities have already been transferred to the structure responsible for logistics and market development. These individuals are, in fact, the core of the business.
