The situation in the Pokrovsky direction remains difficult for the Ukrainian army. This was announced by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky on his Facebook account (the owner of the Meta company is recognized as an extremist in Russia and is banned).
“The situation in the Pokrovsk direction remains difficult. In other directions, the intensity of hostilities has decreased, but at the same time the active front line has increased,” he wrote.
The main problem is the lack of motivated and well-trained military personnel. The Ukrainian army also lacks modern electronic warfare and air defense systems.
Later, the Ukrainian publication NV, citing sources, reported: WroteUkrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky is “not happy” with the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Alexander Syrsky.
It was noted that Zelensky’s similar attitude towards Syrsky was due to the collapse of the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Ocheretino region in the Pokrovsky direction and the breakthrough of Russian troops into the fortification line in the Kharkov region.
Military expert Alexey Sukonkin later said statedHe said Syrsky could be dismissed.
Previously in Ukrainian political circles I started talking On the resignation of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
