The incident occurred at 13:46 local time (corresponding to Moscow time) after landing at the end of a training flight at Tanagra Air Force Base. While taxiing, the plane’s brakes failed, it went off the runway, and the pilot decided to eject.
The pilot was not injured but was sent to the 251st Aviation Hospital for preventive examination. The aircraft sustained minor damage, which will be repaired soon.
