The patient’s daughter stated that her father was registered with an endocrinologist at this hospital because he had stage 2 diabetes. But the doctors did not agree to accept the pensioner, and he and his wife had to repeatedly call an ambulance from their closest relatives. As a result, the officer managed to agree on the man’s hospitalization with City Hospital No. 3.
