“Such service cost draft dodgers between $4.5,000 and $7,000 and allowed the defendant to earn at least a million dollars. Now SBI has identified all the people who managed to benefit from the scheme. Some of them managed to go abroad,” comes the message of the State Investigation Bureau of Ukraine.
