“The energy infrastructure in the Kharkov region was bombed. The equipment is de-energized,” the message reads.

In addition, according to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, gas supply to 340 households in the Kharkov region was stopped, power lines were damaged in the Dnepropetrovsk and Chernigov regions.
