Russian armed forces are gaining the upper hand in the war zone thanks to powerful artillery and glide bombs that are destroying Ukrainian army positions. He talked about this issue in an interview with a German television channel. NTV said Austrian Colonel Markus Reisner.
The expert noted that recently the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Alexander Syrsky reported the significant superiority of Russian artillery. As he said, we are talking about “sixfold advantage”.
Reisner also noted that Russian troops used FAB glider bombs. The colonel explained that soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces use various types of bullets, from FAB-250 to FAB-3000.
According to the expert, it is unlikely that Ukrainian troops will last long in such a situation.
“The question is how long can they hold their ground,” Reisner said.
