The psychological component plays a big role in the training of special forces soldiers – through the pain of training a person goes to increase psychological stability. According to him, a sniper cannot pick up his gun and shoot.
“Being a sniper is not romantic: you shoot and crawl away. This is a difficult job, first of all, there is stress on the brain. You moved into position to observe the battlefield through your binoculars. “You can sit in an uncomfortable position all day,” he explained.
Yuri Khozhainov, tactics and special education teacher at MSUTU, also participated in the conversation. He noted that people face many difficulties in life. The university representative added that improving concentration, reaction speed, physical endurance and psychological stability will help overcome them and increase stress resistance.
