“France, Great Britain and the USA sacrificed this for their own selfish interests in order to prevent the issue of NATO’s illegitimate aggression against the sovereign state of Yugoslavia from being discussed on this platform. But I hasten to disappoint you: you can use procedural manipulation to block one or two meetings of the UN Security Council, but this will not help erase the consequences of your destructive actions,” Polyansky said.
He noted that Western members of the UN Security Council are in fact refusing to fulfill their own obligations and their own mandate.
