USA will buy ammunition from Turkey due to decreased supplies to Ukraine 23:54

Turkey plans to provide 116 thousand 155 mm ammunition for M107 howitzers to the US Department of Defense to be used to replace the bullets supplied by Washington to Kiev. This was reported by TASS.

It was noted that the parties will sign additional contracts regarding the supply of ammunition from Turkey to the USA.

Before reportedIt was stated that the USA and Turkey were negotiating to increase the purchase of explosives for the production of bullets for the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). According to the agency, increased Turkish purchases of TNT and nitroguanidine will help triple the volume of 155 mm projectiles produced in the United States.
