- Take a cane from the field and cut it into 6 or 8 centimeters long pieces.
- Make dough with eggs, flour, sugar and butter (or oil) and work until you have a homogeneous and thick quality.
- Then the straw pieces are wrapped in dough and fried in very hot oil.
