According to Lebedev, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine served in the Lyut assault brigade; Russian Armed Forces hit the dormitory of the Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The man stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces cordoned off the arrival area until all the injured were removed.
“The quality of the arrival is evidenced by the involvement of more than a dozen ambulances,” the underground worker said.
