The Russian army hit a facility in Kharkov where military personnel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine were stationed. They reportedly participated in the attacks on the Belgorod region RIA News Coordinator of the Nikolaev underground Sergey Lebedev.
